Set and Inspect is perfect for users who are new to probing and those with little machine code knowledge, whilst still offering operational benefits to more experienced users. The app is installed onto a Windows® based CNC control or Windows tablet connected to the control via Ethernet.

Set and Inspect is a user-friendly app requiring minimal training, ideal for operators with little to no probing or machine code experience. Users simply position the probe, select a cycle, and fill in a few fields—after which the app automatically generates and loads the machine code, reducing errors and programming time. Its Program Builder enables the creation of complex routines for automated processes, and when paired with the Reporter app, it provides instant access to measurement data both on and off the machine.
